Vedic Meditation is an effortless mental process. We use a mantra to trigger deep rest in the mind and body, and what results is an awakening of the full potential of the mind and a fully restored physiology. For me, Vedic Meditation has been the easiest meditation technique I’ve learned. Unlike other methods that require focus, concentration, yogi-like flexibility, and lots of time, Vedic Meditation is natural, quick, and simple. It was crafted specifically for busy people with busy lives.
Vedic Meditation is practiced 20-minutes, twice a day.
Within a short time, I experienced increased focus, concentration, and clear-headed thinking. My energy levels and creativity improved. I felt years of fatigue and stress melt away. With this newfound baseline of rest, I made decisions more accurately and quickly, felt greater emotional stability, and generally felt happier and more blissful.
Once you have completed the meditation course, you receive lifelong support from me. I’ll be sending you weekly emails for your first year of practice and offer tips, tricks, and reminders to keep you consistent with your meditation practice. Also included in your course fee is the ability to audit the Vedic Meditation course at any stage and as often as you wish. You will also enjoy unlimited follow-up at group meditations with myself and other Vedic Meditation teachers around the world – for life.

Yes, all Vedic Meditators are welcome to attend this retreat. Susan will instruct you in the Advanced Technique of Rounding on retreat, as well as guide you through some additional practices to help advance your meditation practice to the next level.
Yogis and meditators of all levels are welcome on our retreat!
Yoga classes are accessible to all levels of practice, even if you are a complete beginner. Megan’s teaching style is very inclusive, and the studio is equipped with lots of props for modifications and adjustments.
Morning classes will be a moderate to strong vinyasa practice. Evening classes will be restorative yin yoga, which is a very gentle and easy practice that everyone can enjoy.
Vedic Meditation courses do not require any type of prior meditation experience. It is enjoyable and available to everyone.
Our retreat begins with a Welcome circle at 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 27th.
We’ll end with a Closing Circle on the morning of Sunday, October 30th, and will conclude our retreat at 11:00 am.
Our retreat will feature gourmet farm-to-table, plant-based meals prepared by a mindful chef. There will be gluten-free and dairy-free options at every meal; please let us know if you have any additional restrictions, preferences, or allergies.
