  • I was inducted into the Shankaracharya tradition in a 12-week immersion program by Thom, with Shri Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Giri, Supreme Authority of Vedic knowledge in India.
  • I host live meditation courses and retreats in New York, Los Angeles, and Austin.
  • I graduated with a B.A. from Harvard University in 2002.

  • Veda is Sanskrit for ‘knowledge.’ When we practice Vedic Meditation, we close our eyes and effortlessly access an inner stillness that is the source of all knowledge.
