This is an engaging talk, either in-person or virtually, to learn about Vedic Meditation and answer any questions.
Sign up for an in-person meditation event or have Susan travel to your city. You’ll learn the technique, understand why and how it works, and begin practicing.

The investment for a group course is based on a sliding scale, determined by your earning capacity and ability to contribute.
A private meditation program includes the initial meditation training along with ongoing one-on-one support, available bi-weekly or monthly. This option is ideal if you prefer a more personalized learning experience or desire a flexible course schedule.
