💬 Said Simply

Not our fault! People take a nugget of wisdom and build entire industries around it: dharmic coaching, dharma mapping, career counseling, special spiritual initiations, which all miss the delicious simplicity of what dharma actually is.
Dharma = the most evolutionary, right action in any given moment.
Dharma isn’t some distant destination we eventually reach or a career shift we take on. Dharma IS the path itself.
Of all the ways we could spend our next breath, our next hour, our next day, there’s always one thing we could be doing that maximizes our growth and supports life most powerfully. Choosing that one thing is to live in dharma.
Thom brilliantly reminds us that this evolutionary path reveals itself through enjoyment. When we’re genuinely lit up by something, that’s our internal GPS signaling to us the dharmic path.
But who can hear that signal through the static of stress chemistry? Certainly not me in my BVM days (Life Before Vedic Meditation).
The formula is simple and natural: Meditate to release stress. A relaxed mind notices what brings joy. Dharma unfolds in the joyfulness of life.
Perhaps it’s time to consider dropping the complicated frameworks. What might happen if we just relax, enjoy, and follow what makes us smile… right now?

In Veda, we prize KNOWING over trust.
In a nervous system and physiology that have a means to purify stress, we set aside trusting the process (evolution) to know, through direct experience, that evolution is ALL that’s ever happening.
Stress chemistry hijacks this knowingness.
Bliss chemistry reminds us of this Universal truth. Stay consistent with your meditations, and you’ll KNOW this to be true.
🔍 Behind The Scenes

I’m bursting with pride and Cosmic joy to unveil these bliss-filled faces of our new Vedic Meditation Initiators!
Last year, when my teacher, Thom Knoles, asked me to head his annual teacher training program, I pivoted my teaching schedule to pour my heart and soma (consciousness flow) into the process.
The remarkable individuals you see here devoted two full years (or more!) to deepening their practice and conquering prerequisites before immersing themselves in our 12-week residential program, nestled in the consciousness-expanding heights of the Himalayas.
Moment by moment, they were following their dharma, and now, radiant and ready, they’re primed to illuminate others with the timeless wisdom they embody.
If you live outside of NYC or LA and are looking to learn Vedic Meditation, one of these teachers is likely teaching in your neck of the woods. Send me an email and I’ll be happy to connect you!
As always, let me know how you’re doing and if anything is on your mind.
Love and Jai Guru Deva,
Susan
