How it Works

Advanced Techniques are taught in two private one-hour sessions:

MEDITATE CONSISTANTLY
FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR

The prerequisite to receiving in Advanced Technique is regular twice-daily meditation for at least one year. This ensures that you’ve laid the ground work for a strong meditation foundation for learning the Advanced Technique

LEARN YOUR ADVANCED TECHNIQUE

In the first session, you’ll receive your advanced technique together, and we’ll practice it together. I’ll then share with you the mechanics behind the technique and how incorporating it into your meditation practice can accelerate feelings of depth.

REFINE YOUR PRACTICE

In the second session, I’ll check your advanced technique and we’ll continue to refine your practice. We can either meditate together, or we can use the rest of the house as personal mentoring session.
