LISTEN NOWEach year, I host Vedic Meditation retreats across the country and India. Whether you are brand new to meditation or an advanced Vedic Meditator, I have retreat offerings that fit every experience level.
When you join us on retreat, you’ll feel so deeply rested that a few days on retreat will feel like you’ve just returned from a month-long sabbatical. Feeling restored, you’ll return to your life with more adaptability, resiliency, and happiness.
SEE UPCOMING RETREATSJoining our weekly group meditations is one of the best ways to stay consistent with your practice.
Our weekly hour-long meetings start with a group dive and end with a knowledge and Q&A session. You’ll have a chance to have your questions answered, and learn from the experiences of other meditators from around the country.
For now, group meditations are held online. When social distancing requirements ease, we will reintroduce in-person gatherings as part of our weekly programming.
JOIN A GROUP MEDITATIONA “round” is a short sequence of yoga postures and a soothing breathing technique that prepares us for a more restful meditation.
When you add these two simple components before sitting for meditation, you can experience a more grounded and profound meditation experience and remove deeper levels of stress from your physiology.
This technique is great for meditators who feel like their schedules/days are non-stop and would like to pause and give their nervous systems a reset and reboot. Rounding is a technique I encourage every Vedic Meditator to learn.
SIGN UP TO LEARN ROUNDINGIf you have been meditating regularly for at least one year, come and receive an advanced technique for your meditation.
When you meditate with an advanced technique, you can more easily experience the depth and bliss of meditation – outside of meditation.
As a regular meditator, this process of integrating the bliss of meditation in your everyday life happens naturally even if you don’t have an advanced technique; an advanced technique accelerates this process.
If you’ve noticed that meditation is changing your life and you are ready to deepen your practice, take the next step and participate in an Advanced Knowledge Course. During these weekend courses, we dive into Vedic knowledge as taught by my teacher Thom Knoles.
Knowledge Courses quickly upgrade our intellectual understanding of the world around us – and how we experience it. When we pair this knowledge with the direct experience of meditation, our path to personal growth accelerates and we step into living life with even more joyfulness and fearlessness.
SEE UPCOMING COURSESI work with meditators on a more intimate basis to help accelerate their growth and awaken their full potential.
Through one-on-one mentoring, meditators are able to work quickly to highlight your roadblocks to growth and make an action plan to overcome your current personal and professional challenges.
