I worked on Wall Street as a research analyst and portfolio manager for almost 15 years. I enjoyed my career and was performing at the top of my game… but the years of travel and late nights working led to migraines, insomnia, and anxiety that grew by the day.
I tried everything from long-distance running, mountaineering, scuba diving, and shamanic ceremonies, to silent meditations, yoga retreats, and exotic vacations. They all felt like a nice break from my stressful life, but none had long-lasting events. Whenever I returned home from my adventures, the anxiety and overwhelm crept back in quickly.
Once I found Vedic Meditation and incorporated the practice into my daily routine, balance and peace returned to my life. My anxiety diminished, I began to sleep through the night, and my migraines went by the wayside.ATTEND INTRO TALK

In 2017, I decided to take a break from my career and spent the next year exploring the practice that unlocked the stress that I had been carrying around all those years. My studies in India culminated in a 12-week intensive training to teach Vedic Meditation, and I’ve been teaching ever since.
